"Portrait of my grandmother. It's part of my mourning process and helped me deal with grief very sensibly. The original photo was a black and white passport photo. I gave her a few attributes that remind me of her and styled it in the colors she liked. We just had a short time together but I'm really happy about this time we had. Really loved to draw her, it was a very intense process with much love in my heart."
